How to Use ViolaCard

How to Disable your Card?

  1. On your Dashboard, choose the card you want to disable.
  2. Click on the toggle option underneath titled ‘Disable Card’.
  3. Once you disable your card, you will see the toggle change colour from green to red.

How to Enable your Card?

  1. On your Dashboard, choose the card you want to enable.
  2. Click on the toggle option underneath titled ‘Disable Card’.
  3. You will be asked to put in your Viola PIN.
  4. Once your card has been enabled, you will see the toggle change colour from red to green.

How to Change your Viola PIN?

  1. Click on ‘Settings’ button on the side bar menu.
  2. You will see an option called ‘Change Viola PIN’
  3. Click on that option and type in your Old Viola PIN and your New Viola PIN.
  4. Click ‘Change’ when you’re ready.

How to Void Card?

  1. Click on ‘My Account’, located on the bottom of your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the card you would like to void.
  3. Press ‘Void Card’.
  4. Make sure you read the alert message and press ‘Void’ when you’re ready.
  5. If you’re disposing of the physical card, please destroy your card.

How to see Card History?

  1. Go to your Dashbaord.
  2. On the bottom of your screen you will see ‘Card Histroy’ button.
  3. Press ‘Card Hsitory’ .
  4. Now you can see your card history and pending transaction.
  5. You can also add notes to a chosen transaction.

How to see your CVV?

  1. On your Dashboard, choose the card you want to see the CVV.
  2. Tap on the card and it will flip over.
  3. Your CVV will be displayed on the card for 5 seconds.
  4. If you haven’t memorised it, you can click on the card again.

How to get Help?

  1. Click on ‘Help’ button on the side bar menu.
  2. You will see 4 options that you can use to get help within your App.

How to request an Additional Card?

  1. Click on ‘My Accounts’ on your dashboard.
  2. You will see ‘Request a Further ViolaCard’ button.
  3. You can choose between Virtual and Physical Cards.
  4. Click ‘Request Card’ once you have chosen your desired card.
  5. Accept charges if some occur.
  6. You will see a successful message.

How to add a Payee?

  1. Click on ‘Payee’ icon on the sidebar menu.
  2. Click on ‘+’ to add a new Payee.
  3. Type in the new payee’s ViolaID or their registered phone number.
  4. Click Add.

How to TripleClik?

  1. Click on TripleClik icon on the side menu.
  2. Click on the person you want to send money to.
    * If the person does not show up on TripleClik, please go into Payee section and add the person to TripleClik.
  3. Choose the amount you want to send, eg. £5
  4. The chosen amount is being send, you have 3 seconds to abort the payment if you decide to change your mind.
